I am recently divorced after 28 years of marriage. My son who is 26years old lives me with temporarily until he finds his own apartment, he works and I work. Been renting on our own at Broadstone apts ($2,200 monthly) for 14 months and looking to save money by renting a room so we can purchase our own homes and re-establish after 28 years of living as a family in a house here in moreno valley, ca. We need about 1 year to accomplish this.
