Hi there, I’m JD, and I am looking for a place, or a place to share in the tri-cities area (on the TN side preferred). I have been in the area almost a year, and am in search of a new living situation, with one or even more room mates.

I don’t do much out in the community yet, but I am an artist, and a musician, and on top of all that, I work a lot, and sometimes have several doubles at one or between the two jobs I have now.

I have been sober (as a lifestyle choice) for several years, but do not mind being around anything, as long as my sobriety is respected. I am extremely organized, I make spreadsheets for everything on a daily basis.

Clear and direct communication work best, in my experience, so I do my best to provide that at all times, even in the hard conversations.

Looking for a room mate(s) that is/are LGBTQ+ friendly, please! I don’t mind sharing a space with more than one other person, either!
