I am an Army veteran currently living in a temporary Veterans apartment, seeking housing after my one-year contract ends. My current rent is very low at $150/month, and I am looking for something similarly affordable to avoid becoming rent-burdened. I would love to move in around August 2026. I am a quiet and respectful individual. I work at Arlington Industries, a warehouse, currently making $16/hr as a temporary employee. I will soon be hired as a permanent employee making $17/hr. I am focused on saving to eventually purchase a home, but at the moment, I am not making enough to justify a veteran’s home loan.
