Hey, my name is Roubens. I’ve been living in Portland for about 2 years now. I work full-time with a solid income, and I also run a side business.

I currently have my own place, but I’m looking to save money so I can go back to school—cost of living is getting high. I’m responsible, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean and understands basic hygiene. I don’t expect perfection, but I do value a tidy, comfortable space.

I respect privacy and expect the same—no going into each other’s rooms without permission. I also prefer a calm environment without a lot of random traffic in and out.

I do have a car, so having parking available would be a big plus. If the space is larger or a good setup, I’m open to paying a bit more.
