Hi! My name is iana. I am an ftm trans artist, triple major student, who works in the realms of policy work, advocacy, and teaching. I currently live in Denver, Colorado and will be relocating to Queens area in September. I have lived on my own in Colorado for several years. I am seeking a quiet, ambiverted, stable, understanding and kind roommate to start off my new chapter in New York with. I will be coming with 3-4 months rent at the ready, including security deposit, to minimize risk assumed on my roommates end and allow me time to relax, acclimate, and secure work (if needed) as a peer recovery specialist while continuing my schooling. I do smoke cigarettes though I plan on quitting before or soon after moving. I am 420 friendly as long as my decision to not partake is honored and respected. However, I’d prefer a roommate who abstains from other substances. I have a very sweet emotional support cat named Lucky who has a current letter for his ESA status. Unfortunately, he does not get along with dogs and is 50/50 on other cats. I spend a lot of time outside of the house and when I’m home, usually keep to working on my novel, homework, and other projects.
