Hey!

I'm Brian, a current Annapolitan looking for a new room/apartment that is more reasonably priced than the place I'm currently in. I work at Port Annapolis here in town as a Rigger and Marine Technician, I help fix sailboats. I'm pretty low-key these days, and prefer quiet evenings and chill weekends filled with doing my hobbies which mainly includes playing guitar (at a reasonable level of course), working on my boat, and getting out in nature. I don't really drink anymore, but don't care if other people do. I like to keep a clean space, in particular shared spaces, and I think that mutual respect and maintaining a peaceful living environment is paramount. I am a people person, but generally am laid-back and pretty quiet, hoping to find a place/roomies where we all jive and get along and are on the same page!
