Hi, I’m a recent graduate from the University of Florida currently looking for a room to rent in Gainesville. I’m a clean, respectful, and quiet tenant who spends most of the day working or studying. I always keep my living space neat and tidy, and whenever I cook, I make sure to clean up immediately afterward.

I also have a 53-pound dog named Obi. He is very friendly, well-behaved, and loves meeting new people. I’m dependable, responsible, and always pay rent on time.
