I’m looking for a place to rent ASAP within the longer term such as a 12 month lease. I’m looking to either team up to find a place or be with others finding roommates or rent a room in someone’s house within a suburb of Albany. I’m a respectful and responsible roommate who values a clean, calm, and comfortable living space. I like to keep shared areas tidy and appreciate mutual respect for each other’s space, privacy, and routines. I’m a non-smoker and would need to be in a smoke-free home environment. I’m easygoing, communicative, and looking for a stable and considerate living situation where everyone feels comfortable at home. I would prefer to live with other females. I also would prefer to look for a place in the location of Albany, Troy, Menands, Watervliet, North Greenbush, Latham, Cohoes etc. Also, I am looking for a place with in-unit laundry if possible. I’m fine with someone having pets as long as they clean up after them.
