Samantha Vo: Hi, my name is Samantha Vo and I am a second year, junior-standing Biomedical Engineering student with a concentration of mechanical design. This summer, I am interning at Applied Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita in Product Development! Over the school year, I go to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I am working on creating a better adhesive for a temperature probe for newborns in the NICU. I am also a part of the SWENext Program to help high school students learn more about Cal Poly and engineering.

Diya Madhavan: Hi, my name is Diya Madhavan and I am a Computational Biology and Data Science Engineering student at UCLA. I am interning at Applied Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita over the summer this year in Product Management! At UCLA, I am in a research lab and am involved in on campus healthcare-tech-business clubs like Bruins for Business Health and Biomedical Engineering Society.
