I am interested in finding a roommate who is respectful, clean, and considerate of others when inviting their guests or partner over. I am good at keeping to myself and enjoy operating in a home or apartment where we both/all have access to the common spaces while keeping it organized, and feeling comfortable. I consider myself a drama-free roommate, and prefer open communication. I prefer to avoid confrontation but please do not be afraid to speak up if something needs to be addressed! I work a full time job, looking to be getting promoted soon (fingers crossed!🤞🏻), and am attempting to get another job for side income. So, I can keep busy!

An ideal roommate is someone who is reliable, consistent with rental payments, and has a collaborative mindset. I do not desire a roommate who is looking for anything other than creating a safe, stable, and comfortable living environment. Whether we are roommates, or share a lease; decisions like getting a pet, having person(s) spend the night, or even eating the other person’s food (it happens haha) can all be resolved and answered by talking or sending a text.

I enjoy being active and getting outside on my days off. Spring and Summer make me excited and happy to get out and making new friends. I can be a sociable person, though love my alone time. I’m in this heightened mindset on improving myself in this season of my life. A few things I’ve come to enjoy lately are dieting (in a healthy way), gym and fitness, social events like a Jazz festival, and a night at the cinema.
