I’m a very clean, organized, and respectful person. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and rarely have guests over. I value a quiet environment where everyone can rest and study comfortably. What I’m looking for: • A private room (furnished preferred but not required). • Budget: Under $1,200 (including utilities). • Location: Near PATH or Subway lines that go to NYU (Jersey City, Harrison, Newark, or Brooklyn).
