My name is Blake, and I’m a friendly, chill guy that is reliable and easy to get along with. I grew up in Virginia but I’ve lived in California for a long time. I’ve rented in the same unit on Balboa Peninsula for the past 10 years. I’ve had roommates that I’ve become great friends with, and I look forward to doing the same in the future!

A little about me - I attended Virginia Tech where I double majored in Political Science and Spanish (I am fluent). I have stable, long term employment at U.S. Bank. I love live music, nature, hiking, movies, skateboarding, biking, photography, and camping. I always keep public areas clean, but I’m also not a clean freak. I have an awesome dobie mix named Ginger who is affectionate, playful, chill, and well-trained. She loves everyone and thrives on affection. Let me know if we sound like a good fit!
