Hi! I’m a private tutor in Orange County working primarily with elementary students, and I keep a pretty structured and consistent routine during the week. I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I always make sure to keep things tidy and comfortable for everyone. I have a calm, low-key lifestyle and really value a peaceful home environment where I can recharge after work. I’m not a partier and prefer a quieter atmosphere, but I’m friendly, easygoing, and enjoy having a positive, respectful dynamic with the people I live with. I’m also very mindful of noise and boundaries, and I appreciate living with others who are considerate in the same way. I am looking for a private bedroom and open to sharing a bathroom, but private is preferred. Kitchen with oven is important, and laundry.
