Hello! My name is Emerson (from NC), and I am looking for single-living housing in Boston near Emerson College, but open to many areas. Long description but please take the time to read! 🌀 More info about me, pets, & what I am looking for: I am attending Emerson College to earn a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry. I highly value a clean living space, so you will never have to worry about it being messy! I do not smoke. I am not a party-person, but I do enjoy hosting friends for dinner and art-craft nights. I am a rather quiet person too. I am also moving with little furniture: fish tank stand, 2 aquarium tanks, lamp, desk chair, [small] book shelf. I’ve lived in two other apartments: one alone (3yrs) and one with a roommate (current). 🌀 I have two pets: an axolotl (Archie) and a crested gecko (Guzma). They are both kept in tanks (30 gallon & 20 gallon). They have never caused any issues and/or damage to property. Therefore rental must be PET FRIENDLY!!! If you require some form of renters insurance for them, I am more than happy to get one. 🌀 Must-haves: furnished, central hvac (possibly consider a window ac unit and heat unit), pet friendly, parking space and/or garage, & allow for co-signers. MAX distance from Emerson College I am able to do is ~35 mins on the T or other public transportation. 📌I also ask to see the rental in-person before agreeing to any lease, and so I can get to know you too! 🌀 Wishes (not required but would like): utilities & wifi included, in-unit laundry machines (or laundry mat in walking distance), in-unit dishwasher.
