Looking for a new lease now that my roommates are graduating. Recently undertook a new degree from the ground up so I’ll be doing my own thing with school most of the time. I spend a lot of my free time fly fishing and biking, but I’ll mostly be quiet and busy when I’m home. I work in a kitchen at the moment, and will remain comfortably employed during any lease. I’m a clean guy and don’t mind sharing spaces.
