I’m a full-time healthcare worker and student, so I usually have a pretty busy but structured schedule. I’m very clean, respectful of shared spaces, and I really value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m easy to communicate with and always try to be considerate of others’ routines and space.

I also like to keep things positive and friendly at home, whether that’s just saying hi, keeping shared areas tidy, or being helpful when needed. Overall, I’m responsible with rent, low drama, and easy to get along with.
