Jacob

I’m reaching out on behalf of my son, (Jacob) who lives in Burlington. He has some developmental disabilities that make doing things like looking for apartments challenging so my wife and I are helping him out with apartment hunting. (So this account is in my name, and my wife and I would probably co-sign any rental agreement.) We adopted Jacob from China when he was about 8 years old. He has cerebral palsy, but gets around just fine. He’s 20 years old and has one part time job serving samples at Costco, and another one helping with a robotics after school program a few evenings a week. He’s taking a few classes at Skagit Valley College right now, too. He’s currently living with some friends of ours, north of Burlington and he gets around on his electric bike and the buses. He’s great at taking care of himself and keeping tidy. He’s exceptionally quiet, does not drink, smoke, vape, or party… and somewhat sadly doesn’t have much of a social life, but he’s pretty content with some wifi and a comfy mattress.
