I’m that person so many people are advertising for when they ask for “quiet, respectful professional.” Most of the time I’m either working, in my room on the Internet, or cooking something from one of about half a dozen different cuisines. More than anything else, I just want stability, and for that reason make sure to offer that to any potential landlords. This means year-plus leases, rent always paid on time or before (ask me if you want the entire year up front!), no partying, and treating the property and its effects with respect.
