My spouse will remain in Austin and may visit occasionally, though we would plan to stay in a hotel during those times. I value a consistent, low-traffic home environment and would be looking for a similar dynamic within the household.

A private, locked bedroom with attached bathroom Shared kitchen/common areas Off-street parking (important due to work hours and call-ins) Washer/dryer in home preferred

Split utilities / WiFi / cable

Ideally, I’m seeking a quiet, stable household with minimal foot traffic—best fit would be a home with other professionals or a similarly low-key environment.
