Hi! I’m looking for a room in New York City and hoping to find a place that’s a good fit both logistically and vibe-wise.

A bit about me: I’m a working professional with a background in finance and tech, and I keep a pretty structured schedule during the week. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces—I’m the type to keep common areas tidy and stay on top of responsibilities without needing reminders. I value a home environment that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to live in.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, long walks, and staying active, and I appreciate having a space where I can recharge. I’m social and easy to get along with, but I’m not bringing the party home—more of a low-key, respectful roommate who’s always down for a good conversation but also appreciates personal space.

What I’m looking for: a clean, well-kept apartment with roommates who are considerate, communicative, and generally on the same page about maintaining a positive living environment. Ideally in a convenient location for commuting.
