I keep my living space clean and organized, and I’m mindful of shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom. I have steady income and I’m reliable when it comes to paying rent on time. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and respectful of others’ space and routines. I also co-parent an 8-year-old son who stays with me part-time. When he is with me, I make sure he is well-behaved, on a routine, and respectful of the home environment.
