Hi, I’m looking to join someone who already has a place and needs a reliable roommate to split costs on a month-to-month lease. My budget is up to $1,200/month (my share), and I’m hoping to move in by the end of May.

A little about me: I work fully remotely as a software programmer, so I’m home during the day — but I’m low-key, keep to myself, and respect shared spaces. I’m clean, pay on time, and value a calm, comfortable home. I also have one indoor cat, well-behaved and litter-trained, so a pet-friendly place is a must.

I’m ideally looking for a private bedroom in a 2BR+ apartment.

What matters most to me:

• A/C (critical in South Florida! ☀️)
• Parking
• Pet-friendly building
• In-unit laundry is a big plus
• Access to common areas (such as a kitchen)

I’m transitioning out of a long-term rental that became unaffordable. I currently live in Pompano Beach.
