I’m Nigel, I am looking for a roommate or roommates approximately around end of April! I also prefer no credit check. I have the income, I just don’t have the best credit situation right now. I will gladly do a background check and interview as well along with paying a deposit and providing roommate reference check as well!

A little bit about me and my current situation 😌! I moved out to Colorado from Chicago on Halloween last year and been with my current roommates since in Highlands Ranch! My current roommate’s are amazing folks but they are expecting a beautiful new addition and decided to no longer have roommates. I am a relatively clean person, I love to cook (not just for me but for any and everyone), I am a person that does love having conversations and hanging out with my roomies but also respects solitude as well. I’ve always had amazing conversations with them and also we cooked for each other and essentially took care of each other… I don’t expect that in my next home but just letting you know how I am! I play softball and sports overall but mainly softball, seasons start soon! I love going to the movies and definitely am a foodie! AKA Big Back 😂.
