I’m a low key 51 yr old guy with a 12-yr old German shepherd pup. In the process of selling my house and doing so means I’m renovating it which means I’m not living there so I need a place for a month or two until the house sells and then I can bounce back out… I pretty much keep to myself. I do landscaping and odd jobs (long history of IT) in the interim and am happy to help as needed.
