I am nice easy going solid reliable guy I have my own car and right nono drama, I am single and looking to move into a stable environment currently living and renting a room but ready to find some thing else I am in a temporary spot because the house I lived in prior got sold. So right now I have an extremely low rent, I am staying in the back room of a friends home but due to personal reasons, and an unstable environment I am absolutely ready to leave as soon as possible. ***I do have a small dog (under 10lbs) ***I do NOT have any kids ***No girlfriend nor boyfriend ***I wont burden you with inviting guests over *** Strongly dislike drama ***My only short coming is probably being too nice, and not being able to say “no”, but other then that I treat others how Id like to be treated. *** I just looking for a place around the inland empire. (Los Angeles)

****I really prefer to live with a person who does NOT fall short on their bills, and has basic needs like water and electricity running always. I am willing to pay my share of utilities but being in this kind of a situation is only going cause my stay to be extremely short.
