Hi, I am asian (filipino) in my 30s, never had any troubles with others, open for background checks, no kids, no eviction or whatsoever issues, used to live in a house and now looking to start living on my own, i work a full time job in Skilled Rehab, i like quiet and peaceful, Any other concerns / questions will be addressed promptly and timely, i love to travel, i don’t value materials things, i love my dog but she will not be staying with me as she deserves a huge backyard where i currently live right now. Hope to find a safe space
