My last roommate situation lasted about 8 years, and we never had a single issue, which I think speaks for itself.

I have an 8-year-old son with me part-time—he’s respectful, clean, and well-behaved. When he’s around, the environment stays calm and positive.

Overall, I’m consistent, low-maintenance, and easy to live with. I make things straightforward and drama-free.
