Hi! I’m a working professional between housing right now, and ideally looking for something for the late spring (~mid may? but with some wiggle room) through mid to late summer. However, that end date is a little fuzzy at the moment due to bigger life moves that I’m trying to line up for myself, and I might be in the area for a few months longer, dependent on that.

I have a tiny super friendly dog that’s lived with me his whole life (13 years old, 11lbs poodle mix, cuddly puppy energy in an old man body). He does great with any cat that can tolerate or warm up to him, 95% of other dogs, and every human that doesn’t dislike dogs :) He’s my responsibility 100%

I’m currently living with roommates even shorter term and it’s great! But they’re moving on in different directions and I don’t want to take over the house given my intended direction. I’d rather live with someone else short term than sign an expensive short lease with some mega property management company. Before this I’ve rented on my own in various spots around for more than a decade, I know how to run a home (with a dog in it) sustainably, without moldy dishes. Bills are paid. I don’t usually need a shopping cart, but when I do it’s always put back. My friends and I share food together, I’m not asking for that vibe here necessarily, just throwing it out there :) I’m otherwise pretty low key easy going as far as daygrind folks go, quiet but not silent. Enjoy meeting new people, music, movies, riding my bicycle, and cooking with my super minimalist kitchen set that I’ve set aside to move around with me
