Note I will pay my rent up front 4-6 months depending on how long we agree to.

I’m an entrepreneur and former CEO who’s currently working on a new consulting business, so I keep a pretty steady routine and stay busy, but I’m easy to live with and pretty low-key day to day.

I don’t talk a lot in small talk but do enjoy deep conversations when I’m not working which is always LOL.

I’m looking for a short-term setup (about 4–6 months max). I’ll be in Nashville for the summer to spend time with my son before he heads off to college and my daughter, then I’ll head back to Houston for a couple of months after that.

At home, I’m clean, respectful of boundaries, and not into drama. I rarely drink alcohol, other that cannabis for my ADHD I don’t do anything else. I’m friendly and get along with pretty much anyone who’s responsible and communicates well. I like a good balance comfortable sharing space, but also totally fine doing our own thing.

If you want me to change something just tell me I am accomodating and I already assume you will be reasonable. There is always a win win.

I spend most of my time working, working out, reading, or getting outside when I can. Pretty simple.

If you’re looking for someone normal, stable, and easy to live with for a few months, we’ll probably get along just fine.
