I have a 2 bedroom apartment with designated parking. It is extremely close to the railroad tracks but the train itself is never really an issue, sometimes there is foot traffic of people crossing through the parking lot but never had any disturbances. The apartment does share a wall with neighbors and is an upper unit with people living below. All the tenants are older and don’t work so they are home majority of the day. Big balcony and apartment already has furniture and a washer and dryer that’s less than 2 years old.
