Looking for 1-2 roommates to move in with or to move in with us in October/November in the Cary/Morrisville area.

Me and my boyfriend are in our mid 30s. We do not smoke, do not do drugs, do not party, and are very quiet. We are polite and keep to ourselves.

We are very open minded and support LGBTQ+. We have been together 4 years, are anime nerds, and are mostly introverted. We don’t mind hanging out if you also enjoy that. We are very responsible, have kept our same jobs for years, and always pay rent on time.

We keep the apartment clean as much as possible by cleaning on our days off of work or after work if we aren’t tired.

We are very hot natured and would like to keep the apartment around 68 or lower if possible. If not, it’s ok. We have our own portable AC unit for our room that sits on the floor (not in the window).

We would like our own bathroom.

We have 2 cars.

Washer and dryer in unit preferred.

We can have a roommate discord, text, other messaging app, or talk in person to keep in touch.

We are pet friendly. We have a husky puppy who is almost 8 months old. He is very shy but opens up after awhile of getting to know you. He is not quite potty trained but we are working on it.

We’re looking to pay a maximum of $500 each for rent and utilities each month.
