It’s just me & my 3-year-old son. I’m responsible, clean, and keep a calm, structured home. I’m very mindful of shared spaces and respectful of others’ routines. My son has a consistent schedule, and I make sure we maintain a peaceful environment. I’m easy to communicate with and take pride in being a reliable, considerate person to live with. If rent is above $600, I’d be glad to take on regular cleaning or household tasks in exchange for a reduced rate.
