Hey! We’re Loren and Ronald, a quiet and respectful couple looking for a room or suite in the Richmond area. We’ve been in this community for a long time and are looking for a stable, long-term situation where we can settle in and feel at home. We’re pretty low-key people. Ronald is a Master Mason by trade, so he’s very hardworking and has a lot of respect for how a house is built and maintained. I’m a creative person, freelance and visual assistant who loves a warm, inviting environment. Between the two of us, we’ve learned that a home is a sanctuary, and we treat it that way. ​After Five years together, we’ve reached the stage in life where we’re past the noise and the crowds—we’re even grandparents! We spend most of our time focused on family or just relaxing at home. We aren’t the types to have a lot of people over or make a lot of noise; we really just value a peaceful atmosphere. ​We naturally keep things neat and minimalistic. We believe in keeping common areas spotless and respecting shared spaces. With Ronald’s background in masonry and renovations, we’re very observant. We treat our living space with care and are always happy to help keep the property looking its best. We’re easy to get along with and value open communication, but we also respect everyone’s need for their own personal space and quiet time. We’re looking for a landlord or housemate who is looking for reliable, mature tenants.
