Hi, I’m looking for a bedroom—ideally a private room with its own bathroom. I’m a single 34-year-old female and a young professional who recently started a position at UCI. Since my role is temporary, I’m not yet sure how long I’ll be staying, so I was wondering if a month-to-month option might be possible, as flexibility would really help. I don’t have any pets, and I’m very clean, organized, and live a quiet lifestyle. Some weekends I may be away visiting family in Oceanside, so I wouldn’t always be there full-time. I’m responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and take great care of the place I live in.
