Hi, I’m Noah! I’m a 23-year-old working in retail and a full-time online student going to Penn Foster. My potential move-in dates are still TBD, but preferably within the next few months. I hope to know more very soon as I will be moving from Maryland. I tend to be a night body most of the time, staying up late playing games, cooking and baking. Sometimes I like to invite friends over but usually alone so I hope it is ok If I invite people over. I keep communal spaces clean and organized. Im looking at a rent range of about $600-$720, but very flexible if need be. I’m a non smoker and I drink very rarely. I dont mind dogs or cats so you can have them and I wont be opposed. I dont mind being friends with my roommate, I actually prefer it because I do like to chat about my day and everything. Would be cool to have someone who knows whats around and potentially show me around. I’m also willing to pay for communal items such as kitchen, laundry, and other items for the house if needed.
