I’m an Italian PhD student who will be coming to Los Angeles for a research period at UCLA in Bioengineering as part of an international PhD project. I’m looking for a furnished private room in a shared apartment; I’m completely fine with a shared bathroom. I’m also happy to connect with people who are looking for a short-term lease: for example, if you’re renting during the Winter semester and I’d be there from January to April, we could align our stays and make it easier to secure a room together. I have a background in Physics and I’m used to living in shared apartments with respect and an open mindset. I’m a reliable and responsible person, especially when it comes to payments. I don’t have particular preferences regarding the number or type of roommates, as long as they are friendly and sociable. I love cooking (especially for friends), meeting new people, and sharing everyday life with my roommates. In my free time I enjoy sports, long walks, and going to the beach. I appreciate a friendly, social atmosphere at home, while also respecting everyone’s personal space.
