I’m currently living in Tampa, but I’m originally a Virginia native!

I work in reconstruction and project management, where I handle multiple jobs at once and stay involved in everything from estimates to coordinating subcontractors and making sure projects are completed properly. I have hands-on experience in restoration work, especially full rebuilds, and I take pride in seeing damaged spaces fully brought back to life.

Outside of work, I’m a creative person and make music under the name “Raj,” which is something I use to express myself and tell real stories through my experiences. I also have a cockapoo dog that’s super friendly!

Overall, I’m responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a clean, peaceful, and drama-free living environment and always make sure I’m considerate of the space and the people I share it with.
