I’ve just moved to LA from Melbourne, Australia and looking for a place to live!

I’m self-employed so spend most of my time at home. Would love to find a place with other young creatives or anyone with similar values that I get along with.

I’m very relaxed but I do like things kept clean and tidy and prefer things pretty quiet most of the time. I’m super friendly but introverted and need some time to myself - still keen to get involved in activites and would love some help getting introduced to the city! I’m also a vegan and living with people with similar diets would be a bonus.

I’m staying here on an O-1 visa. Don’t have US credit history as I’ve just moved here but happy to provide proof of income.

I tour quite frequently and looking to stay with people OK with me subletting for periods. This year I’ll be away in Europe from mid-August till end of September and would want to sublet that period, and possibly for a couple of weeks at the end of May and other small stints (but ok with just the larger periods).

Hoping to buy an electric car soon so parking close enough to charge the car and an exterior power point would be ideal. I don’t have any furniture so a furnished room is ideal but can work around that.
