I’m currently looking for a room or small unit. Ideally, I’m hoping for a private space, preferably with a private entrance and bathroom, but I’m flexible depending on the situation.

A little about me: I work full-time and am currently pursuing my MBA. Because of my job (quality) and personality, I am extremely organized, quiet, and responsible. I value a peaceful environment and take great care of my living space. I’m also pretty low-key at home. I have an adult cat who is very calm and well-trained. He is also a documented ESA (Emotional Support Animal), and I have the official letter.

I can provide proof of income and references.

I’m flexible with the move-in date and can move in quickly if needed.
