My name is James and I am 31 years old. I’m an automotive mechanic that usually works around 50 hours a week. I’m extremely laid back, clean, and friendly. I am tolerant of others and am very empathetic. I usually keep to myself and mind my own business. I don’t want any kind of drama. In the rare case I were to ever have an issue with a roommate, or they have an issue with me, it could be talked about in a calm and respectful manner with a smooth and positive outcome. I like to do just about everything including gaming on my PC, working out at the gym, hiking, camping, or just hanging out at home while enjoying a nice cold beer or 2. I’m friendly to everyone, no matter their background, political views, or sexual orientation. I clean up after myself and expect the same from my other roommates. I respect others and expect the same in return.
