My name is Aarin and I am someone who balances structure and creativity in a real, everyday way. As a 7th grade ELA teacher in Phoenix, my life revolves around guiding students—not just academically, but helping them grow into better thinkers and decision-makers. I value clear expectations, strong communication, and accountability, both in the classroom and in my personal life.

Outside of teaching, I carry a strong sense of independence and self-awareness. In building my future with intention, exploring opportunities beyond the classroom while staying grounded in who I am as an individual. I can be very direct, observant, and not afraid to call things out when they don’t align with my standards—especially when it comes to respect and communication.

At my core, I am someone who wants growth, honesty, and alignment—in my career, my relationships, and my environment.
