I am social but keep to myself, out quite a bit to the gym, walking my dog, love the beaches in Charleston and one of my daughters and husband is in Summerville close by,a nurse administrator at the hospital. I hardly drink, don’t smoke tobacco or p– but don’t care if you do. I spend a good part of the day studying and writing on geo politics…my retirement hobby. I raised three daughters, all adult professionals now but was left with two dogs 11 and 17,likely soon to be one. They are both small and very friendly. I like music, but dont blast mine unless I am asked to at the beach and I don’t mind a loud house…I’m from a big Italian family. And to be clear…I’m from way upstate. We aren’t “guidos”. I’m looking for something to help me transition relocating to the Charleston area. A one year lease is fine. I don’t know beyond that since honestly I’ve never done this and live alone in a house I own in New York at present. Prior to that I was married and raised three daughters, two dogs and a cat on a eight acre 6000 sq ft. home. I am a pretty easygoing guy, younger than my age. I exercise pretty much every day and years ago was a competitive athlete. I’m told I could have been a talk show host or stand up comic. I don’t know about that. Strangely though…when I look in the mirror I’m getting better looking every day. Go figure…I have been retired for five years now but would like a fun ( very) part time job so that’s my plan.
