Hi! I’m looking for a private room to rent in either San Antonio, TX or Washington DC / Maryland area starting around April 18th.

I’m hoping to live in a safe, peaceful home with female roommates preferred, but I’m open depending on the situation and respectfulness of the space.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and work-focused. I value a calm living environment and I’m easy to get along with.

My budget is around $500–$900 in San Antonio or $800–$1,200 in DC/MD, depending on the space and location.

Ideally looking for:

• Private room
• Safe and clean home
• Respectful household
• Bills included (preferred but flexible)

I mostly keep to myself but I’m friendly and responsible. Just looking for a stable space while I work and build my next steps.
