I am a Professional and moving to Metairie for a short term and to assist the office work. Am looking for a place to live preferably a private furnished room in a home, direct lease agreement with the landlord or property caretaker or master tenant. I will be in office from 8AM till 6 PM and at home on weekends. I prefer to be in a quiet place, cook myself and do not mind to share the dishes if they like. Keep area clean and expect neighbour room occupants keep the home clean and quiet in common areas. I do not want others disturbing my personal space.
