My name is Devin, I’m 39 and I’m looking for a roommate or two. I’ve found a place in Natick, 3 beds 2.5 baths, that is owned by my current landlord. She’s a great landlord in my experience (as far as landlords go!), so that is an option. I would very much love to stay in Natick, though I am open to other places in the area as well. I’m interested in a peaceful home with roommates who value cleanliness in common areas and direct communication. I do not have any expectations or goals around having meals or outings together, but would be happy for it to happen too. I have the sweetest, quietest dog named Frankie who almost never barks, and has never once barked at home. He’s shy but will warm up to new friends.
