Hello! My name is Brandon Skervin and I’m 22 years old and a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida. I am currently doing an engineering internship at Disney World and recently got the opportunity to work in engineering at Disneyland from June to December.

I would love to rent your space from June 8th to December 18th if possible, in order to make my commute to and from work much more manageable than other locations.

A little bit about me: I’m originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL and had moved to Orlando for college. I’m clean, respectful, and quiet and will ensure that I maintain a clean environment. I tend to keep a consistent schedule, so I would mostly be home after work or occasionally using the kitchen. I’m very mindful of shared spaces and believe that I would be a great tenant.
