I’m a retired, responsible, quiet gentleman looking for a clean room to rent in or near San Dimas, La Verne, Glendora, Covina, Claremont, Pomona, or nearby areas.

I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and keep to myself. I work from my laptop, don’t party, and I’m looking for a stable, peaceful place.

Ideally looking for a furnished or unfurnished room with access to a bathroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, and parking if available.
