I haven’t lived in Grass valley very long. I moved here to help my grandmother out who is ill. But unfortunately that’s not working out at the moment due to her health. I need something that is close to in town because I do not have transportation at the moment so I do a lot of walking. I have no convictions no records whatsoever. I do have a pet rabbit but she is well maintained and she has a kennel. I’m a quiet person and I stay to myself but I also enjoy being around people at times I work nights and I sleep during the day. I’m very helpful around the house I keep my area clean. I prefer to live with another male so my girlfriend doesn’t beat me up 😆 I’m looking for something within my budget about $500 a month. I know that the cost of living in Grass valley is very expensive but that’s all I can afford at the moment. I have been working side jobs as well. I don’t have any other family that lives here and I don’t have very many friends. Please consider me you won’t regret it. Thank you.
