Hi! I’m Brian, and I’m looking to rent a place with someone. I’m a college graduate currently working full-time (a position I carried over from college), so I have a steady income and am expecting some type of promotion soon. I also have a small contract I work on the side whenever they have work available for me.
I’m hoping to room with someone in their 20s (I’m 24). I tend to keep to myself at home and just like having a relaxed space to unwind after work. I’m very clean and always make sure to tidy up after myself. I’m also flexible and don’t mind giving you space if you ever want the place to yourself for a bit. My goal is to move in by the start of June. I have a specific complex in mind, but I’m open to other options if they’re a good fit!
