Hi! I’m Andrew, a 21-year-old software engineer relocating to the Bay Area for a full-time role at PayPal starting mid-July 2026. I just finished my CS/CogSci degree at the University of Michigan and I’m looking for a private room in a shared place while I get settled on the Peninsula.I’m quiet, clean, and low-drama. I work typical weekday hours and spend most of my free time on side projects, reading (consciousness, neuroscience, philosophy of mind), and distance running — though I’m in a walking boot for a stress fracture right now, so even quieter than usual for the next couple months.

I keep common spaces tidy, handle my own dishes, respect quiet hours, and won’t throw parties. No pets, no smoking.

I’m looking for a stable 12-month lease with roommates who are also working professionals or grad students.
